Biography
Tova Levine is counsel in Herrick's Real Estate Department where she represents institutional investors, private equity funds, investment managers, developers, sponsors and family offices in connection with a wide range of complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings and recapitalizations across all asset classes. Tova also has experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions for office and retail use.
Before joining Herrick, Tova worked with the real estate team at Morgan Stanley in New York City and previously practiced law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
