Bisnow: National Sustainability Conference

Partner and chair of Herrick's Corporate Department, Morris DeFeo, moderated a panel at Bisnow's National Sustainability Conference titled, "Fireside Chat: Measuring ESG -- Prioritizing Your Bottom Line While Navigating Sustainability." Attendees learned about how owners and investors weigh the value of ESG practices and how they measure against their bottom line. They also addressed how investors are prioritizing and underwriting sustainability into their portfolio.
