Gino Barbera is Herrick's Managing Attorney, responsible for advising the firm's attorneys and clients on complex procedural issues arising in the full range of court and agency proceedings. Gino has extensive knowledge on all matters of court rules and civil procedure and provides strategic guidance over the litigation process from commencement to final disposition.
Gino has developed and conducted CLE programs as well as lectured at area law schools. Prior to joining Herrick, Gino created the Managing Attorney's Offices at Morrison & Foerster LLP and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP. Gino earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
Mr. Barbera is a member of the New York State Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
