William F. Healey is an associate in the Tax and Personal Planning Group. Bill represents a wide range of clients in all facets of estate planning and estate administration with a primary focus on sophisticated wealth transfer planning. He provides services for families with special needs including elder law planning and special needs estate planning. In addition, Bill provides business succession planning for companies of all sizes and represents tax exempt charitable organizations and private foundations. Bill is a published author and frequent public speaker on various topics in estate, business and tax planning. Prior to joining Herrick, Bill was an associate with Brach Eichler L.L.C. in New Jersey.
