Eric Stabler is counsel in Herrick's Corporate Department. He concentrates his practice in debt financings, corporate finance, structured finance, general corporate and commercial law, premium and life settlement financings, creditor rights, restructurings and workouts and international financings. Mr. Stabler's experience includes representing financial institutions, hedge funds, investment banks and finance companies in structuring, documenting and negotiating financings including: syndicated term and revolving credit facilities; senior and subordinated loan transactions; leveraged financings, including financings of acquisitions, mergers, tender offers and recapitalizations; cross-border financings; pre-export financings; mezzanine financings; cash flow and asset-based lending transactions; credit enhancements, including letters of credit; financings of life insurance premiums and life settlement transactions; and warehouse finance facilities and repurchase transactions secured by residential and commercial real estate mortgage loans, manufactured housing loans, franchise loans and automobile loans. He also has experience representing financial institutions in purchases and sales of loans and participations.
