Rob is an associate in Herrick's Intellectual Property group. His practice focuses on trademark and copyright law, including strategic IP counseling, planning, licensing, audits and due diligence; prosecuting domestic and international trademarks and copyrights; registration and enforcement of domain names; and litigation in the Federal courts and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Before joining Herrick, Rob was an associate at Pennie & Edmonds LLP, Associate Trademark and Copyright Counsel at Colgate Palmolive, and V.P. of Legal Affairs at CAK/Prudential, where he originated and underwrote intellectual property loans.
