Barbaros Karaahmet, a prominent Turkish-American attorney based in New York, has joined the firm, bringing with him a dynamic and well-established practice. Mr. Karaahmet has significant experience in advising domestic and international clients on U.S-Turkey business ventures and will work with his Herrick colleagues to provide a full range of counsel and assistance on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, tax, private equity, corporate and project finance, and all types of cross-border litigation and transactions.
The addition of Mr. Karaahmet, who will be dividing his time between New York and Istanbul-Ankara, enhances the firm’s Turkish and emerging market practices.
